Momentous Growth

Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2025

These terms apply to momentousgrowth.com and to the services Momentous Growth LLC ("Momentous," "we," "us") provides, including text messages and voicemails we send on behalf of nonprofit organizations. By using our services or receiving our messages, you agree to these terms.

Messaging terms

What messages you'll receive

Nonprofits use Momentous to thank their donors. If you gave to a nonprofit that uses our service and provided your phone number, you may receive a text message or voicemail thanking you for your gift. These messages are informational. They don't ask for money or advertise products.

How often

Message frequency varies. Typically you'll receive one message after a gift, and no more than one thank-you from the same organization in a 30-day period.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To stop voicemails, contact the nonprofit that sent the message, or email jeff@momentousgrowth.com with your phone number. We'll add your number to our do-not-contact list for that organization.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any text message, or email jeff@momentousgrowth.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We don't share or sell your mobile phone number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

Terms for organizations that use our services

We may suspend service to protect recipients, comply with the law or carrier rules, or address unpaid fees.

Disclaimers and limits

Our services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered at a particular time, because delivery depends on phone carriers and recipients' devices. To the extent the law allows, Momentous isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
